Details: This rare model made by The Coventry Machinist's Co. cost  £13-10s (£13.50) in 1876.

It was restored in 1991-92. This model has a rear wheel brake operated by turning the handle bars.

High Bicycle's were only make for a short period of approx. 20 years (1871-1891). The Rover Safety Bicycle was made from 1885 which signalled the start of the decline of the High Bicyle.
